Param Strengthens European Presence with Twisto Acquisition

We are pleased to announce that Param has successfully completed the acquisition of Twisto, a prominent consumer finance platform with a strong foothold in Czechia and Poland.
The acquisition marks Param's 4th successful add-on transaction following Paycore, Univera, and Hopi since the Series A round led by CEECAT Capital in June 2022.
The acquisitions will enable Param to establish a foothold in the CEE market for European expansion, and distance itself from the competition in the local market to strengthen its leadership position.
CEECAT Capital team has actively supported Param with the origination and execution of all four transactions.
