CEECAT Capital announces the sale of its shareholding in Anatolia Hospitals to Koc Holding

CEECAT Capital, along with the founders of Anatolia Hospitals, have agreed to the sale of  80% of the shareholding of the company to Koc Holding at an enterprise valuation of €110 million upon regulatory approvals. As part of this transaction CEECAT Capital will sell its full shareholding in Anatolia Hospitals (Kemer Medical Center Ozel Saglik Hizmetleri Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş.) to Koc Holding (IST: KCHOL).  

Founded in 1993, Anatolia Hospitals is an integrated tourism healthcare service provider, operating seven hospitals in the Antalya, Mediterranean region. With the backing of CEECAT Capital, Anatolia Hospitals has expanded by acquiring three additional hospitals in the area and has implemented a strategy focused on providing world class medical care for tourists and the local community.
